
Shipping Policy: Each Gremlin Garb Clothing Co. piece is handcrafted by a single seamstress. That is why orders may take up to 10 business days for ‘made-to-order’ items to be shipped. For orders that are Pre-Made, items may be shipped as early as the next business day. Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Pre Made orders will be shipped in 1-5 business days and Made to Order items will take at least 10 days to ship. If your order has split merchandise, it will be shipped at one time unless otherwise notified. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We do not currently offer shipping to P.O. boxes or outside the United States. Exchange Policy: At Gremlin Garb Clothing Co., we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations and are here to help. If you wish to exchange an item: You have 10 days from the date of delivery AND Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. We do NOT accept exchanges for any ‘collection’ item as they are limited production. Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service at gremlingarb@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item. Damages and Issues: Gremlin Garb Clothing Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order is damaged upon delivery, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item has damages unrelated to shipping, please contact us immediately. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personalized goods and custom products (such as special orders). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or issues with sizing, custom items, subscriptions, gift cards or last chance. If you have any questions, please reach out to us.
